Return and Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Because we sell health and nutrition supplements, we only accept returns under specific conditions to guarantee safety and hygiene.

1. Return Conditions

You can request a return when:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product is new, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request within 7 days Upon receipt, it will be submitted.

Non-returnable items:

  • Open or used supplements
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Artikelen with the label Final Sale of Non-Returnable

2. How to Request a Return

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days processed after inspection.

Note: Shipping costs for returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is our fault.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damage or incorrect delivery within 48 hours.

We can request photos before sending a refund or replacement.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only before shipping will be cancelled.

After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
