Directions
Take two capsules two times a day. If you suffer from severe symptoms, take 2 capsules 3 times a day. If you are sensitive, start with 1 capsule once a day & gradually increase to 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. Wait at least 30 minutes or more before or after a meal. Capsules may be added to light veggie or fruit smoothies (powder or whole capsule)
