These soft, chewy drops are meant to be taken at the first sign of a cold to help shorten its duration. The drops provide an alternative form and flavor for cold relief. Together, these Zicam products provide complementary homeopathic ingredients in different forms to help relieve multiple cold symptoms and shorten colds when taken at the onset of symptoms.
