Directions
Suggested Use: Dose: 1) Take 1 capsule once daily. 2) When: Morning, on an empty stomach — 30–60 minutes before food, coffee, or other supplements/medications. 3) How: Swallow with a full glass of water (200–250 mL). Do not chew or open the capsule. 4) Do not exceed the recommended dose. Missed a dose? Take 1 capsule when remembered if it’s not close to your next day’s dose. If it’s almost the next morning, skip. Do not double. Spacing from other products: Take at least 2 hours apart from minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and high-fiber supplements. General advice: Take at the same time every day. After swallowing, don’t lie down for 10 minutes.
