Vitamin A (as Palmitate) 7500 mcg, Vitamin C 2000 mg, Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) (D3) 250 mcg (10000 IU), Vitamin K (as K2 (MK7), K1 (phytonadione)) 1050 mcg, Sodium (as Sodium ascorbate) 250 mg, ElderCraft European BlackElderberry Extract (Sambucus nigra L.) 200 mg, Delta gold tocotrienols 40 mg. Other ingredients: Water, glycerin, ethanol, phospholipids (from purified sunflower seed lecithin), tocofersolan, citric acid, natural citrus oils.
Directions
Take 1 shot daily for up to 10 days. Take up to 4 shots per week, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Intensive use: Take 1 shot twice daily for up to 5 days. Thereafter, take up to 4 shots per week, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
