Directions
Adults take 1 Capsule 2 or 3 times a day with water or lukewarm water 1 - 2 Hrs after meals. Take first dose after breakfast. Do not take with ice cold water. Adjust the dosage as per your body requirement or as per the advice of your practitioner.
